I always chuckle when I see a "Neighborhood Specialist" sign on my street. It is usually from some young whipper-snapper who just moved here, and I think about MY history in Arizona.

My Mom, Dad and I moved to Mesa in 1949. We lived at Twin Buttes in a Tent for the first few months. After that we bought our first little house at 549 N. Brimhall for $5,000! I went to school at Lincoln, Irving, Webster, Mesa Jr. High and Mesa High and graduated in 1962. When I married Larry (the greatest guy in the world), in 1967, we bought our first little house at 1660 W. Pepper Place, Mesa. A series of Mesa moves (always in Mesa within 10 miles), led us to Beautiful Red Mountain Ranch where we have resided since 2000. All this history is simply to let you know that I have NEVER lived further than 13 miles away since 1949! I would call that a "Neighborhood Specialist," wouldn't you?

When I got my Real Estate license in 1981, the interest rates were 16 1/2% ! Amazing, yet I was a Million Dollar Producer every year for approximately 15 years! I watched Intel and McDonnell Douglas come to town, and sold over 50 homes to their employees. I have always kept my license active but have slowed down considerably in the last 5 years.

I recently joined Trails and Paths because of the "Spirit" in the office. Everyone is so helpful and Positive. A truly professional and dedicated group of people.

My beautiful daughter-in-law, Laurie, has just gotten her license, and we will be partnering in this exciting new endeavor. Read all about her in her Bio. She will be doing all the work while I sit back and enjoy the fabulous Red Mountain Lifestyle!!
